CUNY's Open Access Policy applies to Internet access. Every member of the CUNY community with a valid CUNY ID has full rights to Internet use in all CUNY libraries.Individual campuses may determine local rules governing specific terms of Internet use. Such rules include time limits, signing-up, number of users per terminal, downloading and printing.
The NYSED/CUNY CareerKit project is a comprehensive career preparation resource for teachers and counselors in New York State. Its goal is to equip students with the skills necessary to make informed choices about their career paths. The NYSED/CUNY CareerKit activities are written at the HSE/Upper ESL level, with adaptations possible for Pre-HSE and intermediate ESL levels.
There are 9 CUNY campuses with a student housing and residence life program. CUNY colleges, as well as the Graduate School and University Center, receive their institutional accreditation from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE or Middle States). MSCHE examines each college as a whole, rather than specific programs within colleges.
