Wonderful
I am a graduate student at the University of California, Irvine. Although my program is an online program, I also have a job on campus and so I can speak to some aspects of the campus life. Overall, the education I am receiving is wonderful, as well as the support. The scenery of the campus in Irvine and the resources available are amazing. I cannot speak to the social scene as much because my program is online.
My (first? maybe I'll get another!) Bachelor's
Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my experience at UCI. My first year was all entirely online due to the COVID-19 pandemic so I feel that I could have gotten more out of the University, had everything been in-person. Academically, I felt that I was more than adequately challenged with the courses being rigorous and professors having high standards for the students. I made some great friends with both my peers and my research professors which I think contributed to my experience, remarkably.
Great school for Humanities
tbh I haven't taken any philosophy classes, but I've heard that most of the professors in this area in our school is... not as good. However, I do like my school, which is humanities! I'm looking forward to take a class in philosophy.
