The Chicago family law firm NextLevel Law believes in making a positive impact in its community.
Founding attorney Daniel R. Hernandez built his legal practice on the values of accessibility, integrity, respect, and transparency.
NextLevel Law brings justice to their clients and makes high quality legal services accessible to all members of the communities they serve.
Attorney Hernandez and his legal team also believe in accessible education. Through the NextLevel Student Scholarship, NextLevel Law hopes to make higher education more accessible to college students who demonstrate academic excellence.

The $1,000 NextLevel Law Scholarship is available to students each semester who are pursuing a career in law, compliance, or public policy.
Eligibility
- Applicant is an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a career in law, compliance, or public policy.
- Applicant is enrolled in an accredited college or university for the Fall semester.
- Applicant must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

To apply for the NextLevel Student Scholarship, please submit an original one-minute video answering the following prompt:
Throughout life, we will all be presented with challenges to overcome. Tell us about a time when you were presented with a challenge or obstacle. How did that challenge help you become a better leader?
Please note that the video should be submitted as a URL link (not a file). Additionally, they require that each application include the student’s contact information, proof of enrollment, and proof of grade point average.
