The University of Washington is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and is a member of the Association of American Universities. Individual schools and colleges are members of the various accrediting association in their respective fields. Currently enrolled or prospective students should contact the Office of the Registrar to review accreditation documents for the University and the respective departments to review programmatic accreditation documents.

I studied at the university of cape coast Ghana. During my study, I gathered a lot of experience and knowledge and will like to acquire more in my field of studies in Otha that I will be well equip for international purposed.

The University of Washington offers very solid preparation in terms of coursework difficulty for future careers and academic programs. However, in a school of 45,000, 30,000 of whom are undergraduates, class sizes tend to be curved and very large, even throughout the later years of certain degrees. Biochemistry was unfortunately not an exception to that, and as a result,...

I had a great time at this school overall!! But it wasn't perfect!

I really enjoyed studying Japanese at the University of Washington. There is a nice small library and community for those studying/interested in all East Asia related studies, which helped to make a large university feel a bit smaller and more managable. The school also has a lot of clubs and extracurricular oppurtunities, I mainly enjoyed attending/working in the Japanese...
