An in-process or earned bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the U.S. or its equivalent from a foreign institution. Degree must be earned by the time of enrollment.3.00 GPA in the last 90 quarter credits or 60 semester credits of graded upper-division coursework.
