For years, the educational curriculum at the Nijmegen School of Management has been praised for the attention that it has paid to quality, supervision of its students, accessibility of lecturers and small-scale teaching. As a student-oriented academic school of management, NSM is able to nurture a close relationship with its students, and we pride ourselves on our student-focus. The Institute for Management Research (IMR) is the multidisciplinary research institute of the NSM, conducting top-level research on the governance of complex social systems. IMR researchers strongly believe that complex societal issues can best be understood and addressed by combining the latest theories, empirical insights and methods from various disciplinary traditions.
