For more than 40 years Cambridge College has been a leader and pioneer in adult learning. With a main campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and four regional locations nationwide, we provide academically excellent, time-efficient, and affordable higher education to a diverse population of adult learners.



Cambridge College offers a variety of masters of education programs that lead to educator licensure (certification) and professional advancement for teachers and school administrators in Massachusetts. Offerings at locations outside of Massachusetts are all non-licensure and conform to the specific state authorizations of those states.Our mission is to provide educators in public and private schools and colleges with the knowledge, skills and values necessary to enable their students to excel academically and socially. Our distinct programs offer educators a blend of theory and practice. Educators are prepared to become agents of change in their schools, and in local and global communities.

Housing services

Cambridge is where the College established its roots over 40 years ago and where our headquarters still reside today. It is in this location, with an eye towards serving a unique demographic of adult learners, that our flexible evening, weekend and intensive class schedules were developed.

Library services

The Cambridge College Online Library (CCOL) provides an extensive collection of full-text articles from thousands of scholarly journals and books, live reference librarian support 24/7,  and instruction and resources for doing research in all our programs.

ICT services

  • The Office of Information Technology is available to support the variety of IT issues students, faculty, and staff may have at the College. 
  • Every campus has local IT technicians to assist you and to help maintain equipment, classrooms, and computer drop in centers.

Consolidated location expands capacity, increases opportunities and enhances access(Cambridge, MA)  The Cambridge College Board of Trustees announced plans to consolidate their two campuses in Cambridge into a new, integrated facility in 2017.  Located at the historic Hood Park in Boston, MA, the new 85,000 square foot location offers the opportunity to create a unified campus in a state of the art facility in a location that is easily accessible from communities throughout the Greater Boston and surrounding areas.


Cambridge College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Accreditation of an institution of higher education by the New England Association indicates that it meets or exceeds criteria for the assessment of institutional quality periodically applied through a peer review process. An accredited college or university is one which has available the necessary resources to achieve its stated purposes through appropriate educational programs, is substantially doing so, and gives reasonable evidence that it will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. Institutional integrity is also addressed through accreditation.
