BRS accepts contract research, provides consultancy and testing services and develops training programs. It has a cooperative linkage with the Construction Materials and Structures Laboratory of the Institute of Civil Engineering, U.P. College of Engineering. If the work entails testing or laboratory works, the facilities of CoMSLab are available for use.
