Description
The School of Art awards a number of one-year scholarships to incoming freshmen, such as 1-Year Art Scholarship .
Benefits
The Outstanding Freshman Scholarships are one-year (non-renewable) amounting up to a maximum of $1,000. Half of each scholarship will be applied per semester to educational expenses at the university in a given academic year.
Eligibility
- Incoming first-year students and rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors to help cover tuition at Ball State.
- Decisions are based on students’ academic ability and financial need.

First-year students do not need to apply for these awards. If you meet the criteria and are selected to receive a scholarship, we will notify you in late May or June.
