The compact Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg campus stretches from the lively centre of the city to the idyllic broad meadows on the banks of the river Elbe. In the immediate vicinity is the Nordpark, an inviting place for a barbecue, reading a book, playing frisbee or going for a jog.
The Faculty of Medicine campus can be reached in less than 20 minutes. It's no problem to surf the net, do research or check your emails from the lawn or cafeteria either! Wireless internet throughout the campus makes it possible. The Campus Service Center is the point of contact for all enquiries regarding your studies.
im still new student :)
Well reputed for engineering branches. Although quite new, but the progress is quite mesmerizing.
The university is a rather small university but with a big faculty for economics. I liked the free structure of the lectures, you can choose to which to go to, there are no obligatory classes. The engagement of some professors however, could be higher. I do not like the distant relationship between the lecturer and the students, it makes it difficult to ask questions.
