Since 1906, Pace University has produced thinking professionals by providing high-quality education for the professions with a firm base in liberal learning amid the advantages of the New York Metropolitan Area.


A private university, Pace enrolling almost 13,000 students in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs in its College of Health Professions, Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, Lubin School of Business, School of Education, School of Law, and Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems.


The Center for Community Action and Research (CCAR) works to build ongoing, beneficial partnerships with community organizations to bring Pace resources to bear on community identified needs.

The CCAR coordinates Pace University’s participation in several national civic engagement initiatives. Pace University is a founding member of Project Pericles, a Jefferson Awards Champion, a Carnegie Foundation Community Engagement designee since 2006, and is on the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll.

Housing services

The Office of Housing and Residential Life at Pace University will help you find the right housing option to suit your needs.

Students will be offered a variety of safe, secure and comfortable residences that allow them to focus on their studies in a sociable and relaxed environment.

Library services

The Pace University Library is an exciting place for scholarship, community, collaboration, service, and research. We are an information hub and a campus crossroads for the academic and social activities that takes place on our campuses. Our Library is a multi-campus system comprised of the Birnbaum Library on the NYC campus, the Mortola Library in Pleasantville and the Law School Library, which operates under the Law School Administration in White Plains.

The Library offers users a wide array of resources and services including access to over 120 research databases (from on or off campus,) print and e-books, resource sharing partnerships with local area libraries and consortia, and comprehensive interlibrary loan services for materials not owned by the Pace Library.

ICT services

Pace University has a variety of 'enterprise software' license agreements which allow various groups of the University Community to obtain software products for work or personal use. The Information Technology Services (ITS) administers many of these enterprise license agreements.

Medical services

Services available for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and their families include:

  • health education
  • health assessment with complete physical examinations
  • women's health care
  • diagnosis and treatment of illnesses such as sore throat, cough, or other infections
  • first aid for minor injuries
  • management of chronic health problems such as high blood pressure

Campus life

The New York City campus is impressive not only in its physical attributes, but as an intellectual and cultural focal point for one of New York City's most dynamic and revitalized areas. The interaction between campus and community benefits both.The Pleasantville campus in Westchester County, New York is set on 200 acres of rolling countryside where the University flourishes as a preeminent institution of higher education, offering a broad range of undergraduate degree programs, and graduate programs in nursing.

  • Pace Stadium - Home to the Pace Football, Men’s Lacrosse, Women’s Lacrosse and Women’s Soccer teams, Pace Stadium features FieldTurf, lights, and seating for 1,100 fans.
  • Goldstein Fitness Center - The home of Pace Volleyball, Basketball and Swimming & Diving, the facility includes a 2,400-seat arena, scoreboards, walking/jogging track, aerobics/ dance room, fitness room with cardio theater, eight-lane natatorium, locker rooms, equipment room, and training facility. Classes offered: Zumba, Step Aerobics, Kickboxing Aerobics, Yoga and more.

  • The NYC Civic Center Gym, updated in 2011, features a variety of fitness equipment for students, faculty, staff and alumni.

As an accepted International student of this university there are not many avenues for funding directly from the university as an incoming undergraduate other than that which you receive for your previous academic record and most importantly SAT score. The award was insufficient for me to offset the cost of attendance so my recommendation is not to be too dependent on...
