Overview
The Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education Administration (ACHEA) program of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee will prepare you to advance your administrative leadership skills, improve instructional design of professional development, or succeed in a variety of roles in colleges and universities.
A major focus of our program is preparing leaders for urban higher education institutions who honor diversity and difference among people, groups and societies.
Why Choose Our Program?
- Internationally known faculty with over 15 years online teaching experience at Wisconsin’s most diverse university.
- Small class sizes that allow you to really get to know your professors and classmates.
- Unbeatable flexibility — classes meet once a week, alternating weeks and online (you can even do the entire program online).
- Rewarding career opportunities as adult educators and trainers; human resource directors and administrators in vocational and technical education; university extension; continuing professional education; student advisors; managers of support programs for traditionally underrepresented students, student housing specialists, student programming specialists, business managers; and administrative positions at all levels of postsecondary education.
