Program Details
The Food Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is flexible allowing you to tailor your own individualized program of study to meet your career goals.
Food Science and Technology faculty are located in the Food Innovation Center on Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC). The Food Innovation Center includes state-of-the-art classrooms, teaching labs, and wet/dry lab research space. It also includes clinical facilities, a sensory lab, and pilot plants.
We work closely with The Food Processing Center, Food Allergy Research and Resource Program, Nebraska Food for Health Center, and the UNL Dairy Store as well as industry and government leaders and start-up entrepreneurs.
