From our founding in 1879 by Anna Baright Curry and Samuel Silas Curry, the Curry College legacy of understanding and respecting the uniqueness of every student has been elevated through generations of faculty and staff to serve the needs of contemporary students.

The Curry College mission is to educate and graduate students prepared to engage in successful careers and active citizenship with a global perspective. We are an inclusive community of diverse learners and educators, committed to continuing our legacy of developing effective communicators with reflective and critical thinking skills. We mentor and empower our students, building meaningful relationships that inspire them to achieve their ambitions.

Curry College provides rigorous and relevant academic programs to undergraduate and graduate students, and our rich blend of liberal arts and career-directed programs is enhanced by practical field experiences and co-curricular activities. Learning at Curry extends beyond the classroom and is embedded in all that we do.

Curry College is committed to a policy of equal opportunity in every aspect of its operations. The College values diversity and seeks talented students, faculty and staff from a variety of backgrounds. We strive to create and maintain a community where differences are recognized and valued as essential elements to fostering a stimulating environment for exploration, learning and development.

Our caring and committed faculty and staff support your unique needs - in the classroom, on the playing field, in the residence halls, across the campus, in the community, around the world. Passionate about empowering you to succeed, we're at your service.

Housing services

When your home away from home is in one of our 19 residence halls, it's easy to visit with your professors or academic advisor whenever you need help or have questions.

Library services

The Louis R. Levin Memorial Library provides students with outstanding opportunities to develop research skills and achieve academic success. Helping students become comfortable and familiar with the library is a high priority, with an emphasis on individual attention. Librarians also collaborate with faculty to weave research instruction directly into the curriculum.

ICT services

The Tech Center supports PC and MAC Labs.  PC Labs are located on the 3rd floor of the Kennedy Academic Building.  The MAC Labs are located in Kennedy and the Hafer Academic Building.  Labs are fully equipped with sound and video presentation capabilities.  Labs are available for open use for students outside of regularly scheduled classes.  Open hours are posted at each location for the semester.

Medical services

At Curry, you'll enjoy an environment of safety and support where you can discover more about yourself, learn effective skills for living independently and develop your own sense of personal responsibility.

Student Life

Campus life

Spending time on our campus immerses you in the friendly and welcoming Curry College community. You'll join 85 percent of your first-year peers and 75 percent of all Curry undergraduates who live on campus.

Sports facilities

Looking for a great place to stay in shape? Look no further than Curry's very own state-of-the-art Fitness Center, located on the 2nd Floor of the Student Center. With over 90 pieces of cardio and strength equipment along with a group excercise studio, you should find everything you need to stay fit year round. All of our cardio machines offer individual television and MP3 hook ups, so you can watch TV or videos as you train. And our strength equipment provides a great workout for students of all fitness levels. The Fitness Center staff is always willing to assist you and they offer equipment usage orientation for those that are new to using fitness equipment.

Student clubs

Clubs and Organizations are an important part of Campus Life at Curry College. Whether you are looking to meet new people, share a common interest, plan campus events or volunteer, there is a club for you! Students have the opportunity to meet and speak with club and organization leadership at the Involvement Fair each semester. Being involved with a club or organization is a great way to connect with the Curry community and build relationships with fellow students, staff and faculty.
