History
Saint Mary's traces its earliest beginnings to 1802 when the Reverend Edmund Burke, later Bishop Burke, taught young men at the Glebe House, on the corner of Spring Garden Road and Barrington Street. The boys’ school grew first into a college and then into a university, never wavering in its commitment to education and community service.

Based on my experience at my university.I believe that cooperative university of Kenya is well coordinated in terms of admitting students. It encourages students to be self driven and it also gives students a break at least once a week for every course. It is majorly a business and computing schools ,with a little bit of cooperative development courses. My review on the professors, some are nice(especially mine).Based on some people's opinions they have harsh professors and some have professors and lecturers with don't care attitudes.Based on class attendances they have tried balancing online and Physical classes.Online is majorly done when they have commitments elsewhere
My highlight is the elearning program.
I generally like the University. I really enjoy the elearning program because it's very flexible. The lecturers well familiarized with the course content. The department heads at the university are alway ready to help students hence making our life easier. The only downside is the eLearning program is available for a few courses hence limiting other people's options.
