About

The Philosophy Department at Saint Mary’s University has a small but thriving MA program which typically admits one or two students a year. We have particular strengths in ethics, social and political philosophy, epistemology, aesthetics, philosophy of education, history of late modern philosophy, and philosophy of science and its history.

Overview

Graduate students in Philosophy from Saint Mary's University quickly become active participants in the life of the department, and regularly participate in local philosophical conferences and colloquia with department members.
