MoveWell, also known as the Centre for Movement and Wellbeing, is an incredible multi-disciplinary facility situated on the University of Birmingham’s Edgbaston Campus. Aiming to help everyone move better, feel stronger and live healthier, the Centre houses academics, students and a range of MoveWell members who may be in recovery or simply looking to improve their quality of life.
