Hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Maintain a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and submit all official college‑level transcripts.

Hold a Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Initial License and have at least one year of experience under that license.
