Overview

The Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University is designed to meet the educational needs of both traditional and non-traditional students. The GIS programme prepares traditional students to utilize GIS in their major areas of study. Non-traditional students can also take advantage of the certificate programme to learn and/or upgrade GIS knowledge and skills that are applicable and important to their professions.
