This online program at Baldwin Wallace University's Leadership in Technology is designed to meet the needs of educators and non-educators whose roles include teaching or training in the public or private sector. The program blends educational theory, practice and field experience into a learning experience that develops skills applicable to complex real-world problems. It enhances knowledge of how computers, software, and other forms of educational technology can be used to improve learning outcomes.

The courses may be taken as part of the degree program or independently.

Highlights

Teachers can start with the online instructor and blended learning certification (three courses), then add the computer/technology endorsement in 22 semester hours (three additional courses and two field experiences). An additional four courses complete the requirements for the master’s degree.
Teachers can add the computer/technology endorsement in 22 semester hours (six courses and two field experiences). An additional 12 semester hours complete the requirements for the master’s degree.
Successful completion of Ohio Department of Education approved exam(s) is required for teachers to quality for the computer/technology endorsement.
