About the program

Though the program is designed with part-time students in mind, accommodating the various obligations of working professionals, individuals may take more than one or two courses during a semester. Ultimately, students in the The Part- Time MBA Business Administration program from University of Connecticut move through the program at a pace that is comfortable for them. It is also possible to take a semester or two off and remain matriculated by paying a small continuous registration fee. Some students finish the program in fewer than three years while others may take more time to complete it.

The overall objective of the UConn MBA Program is to educate students to make well-informed and responsible decisions.

You must hold a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from a regionally accredited college or university.The Graduate School does not require a third-party credential evaluation, however we accept evaluations from the following services:

- NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) or
- AICE (Association of International Credential Evaluators)
If your degree is a 3 year bachelor’s degree from India, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka or certain other countries, we will not consider the degree to be equivalent with a 4 year US bachelor’s degree.
