Overview

This approach prepares students for specialist positions that require subject-specific knowledge and library science skills. Both modules are based at NYU’s Washington Square campus.

The library program operates out of Bobst Library, NYU’s main library on Washington Square. Costume Studies’ headquarters is the Barney Building, in the East Village. Both the Costume Studies MA and the Library and Information Science MS emphasize research and analysis, facilitated by access to NYU’s world-class research resources.
