The primary knowledge-base for this program is the Interstate School Leaders Licensure (ISLLC) Standards. Approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Education to provide the Administration & Supervision pre-K-12 add-on endorsement for individuals who already hold a professional teaching license or pupil personnel license.
On completing the M.Ed. – Educational Leadership - Admin and Supervision (preK-12) program at Regent University, you will be able to:
- Develop, communicate, implement, monitor and evaluate a vision of learning as an educational leader.
- Understand school law, finance, resource management and technology needs.
- Complete a principal internship and professional project that provide hands-on experience in daily operations at the leadership level.
