The Strength and Conditioning at University of Greenwich integrates the essential scientific principles of strength and conditioning with the tools required to succeed in a multitude of professional health and fitness settings, from training elite athletes to managing health and wellbeing.
The degree provides bespoke, research-informed modules to develop your knowledge and skills. We specialise in exercise for health, wellbeing and physical performance which will lead you to a successful career in the human performance and health sectors, both nationally and internationally.

- You’ll have access to dedicated sports science laboratories on campus, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities ranging from dedicated sport facilities to specialist physiology, biomechanical and biochemistry labs and equipment.
- Students become skilled lab clinicians able to use a range of specialist equipment in blood analysis, arthrometric determinants, and biomechanical analysis all of which enable them to diagnose athletes’ performance and training needs.
