Description
The bursaries support eligible young people from low-income or disadvantaged backgrounds who study undergraduate or postgraduate courses on a full-time or part-time basis.
Benefits
The funding may be used for:
Daily living costs.
Travel.
Books and course equipment.
Eligibility
You will need to meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Sir William Boreman's Foundation bursary:
- You are a permanent resident in Greenwich or Lewisham (for at least five years)
- You are under 25 years old.
- Your household income is below £30,000 per year.
- You are a UK national or have 'Settled' status under the Immigration Act 1971 (i.e. there are no restrictions on how long you can stay in the UK).
