Upon completion of the Information Systems program from Dakota State University, students will:

Be able to perform the tasks of an Information Systems professional

Be able to successfully adapt to new environments and technologies

Be able to demonstrate knowledge of information systems and a selected specialization

A bachelor’s degree from an institution with full regional accreditation for that degree.
A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
Transcripts that show completion of courses in business fundamentals and information systems
If you don’t have the coursework or experience in the knowledge areas of business and information systems, you can still be accepted, however you might be required to take foundational courses as part of your formal Plan of Study. You may also be required to demonstrate competency.
International applicants must have a bachelor’s degree that is equivalent to a four-year undergraduate degree in the U.S.
