What You'll Learn

Our M.S. in Sport Management at Western Carolina University is a fully online program offered by WCU’s College of Business, and includes a certificate in project management. You’ll learn how to administer programs, manage people and organizations, and plan and execute special and ongoing projects. The 30-hour curriculum includes courses in Sport Administration and Governance, Risk and Contracts, Sport Management, Sport in the Global Marketplace and more.

Where You'll Go

An M.S. in Sport Management prepares graduates for job opportunities in business management and leadership, athlete representation, event production, project management, market research, and more. Graduates will go on to jobs in intercollegiate athletic administration, professional sport administration, sport facility management, sport communications, sport event planning, sport agencies and more.
