Become a Leader in the Information Age

UHCL's School Library and Information Science Program focuses on school librarianship, as nationally-recognized, award-winning school library faculty teach online courses. This program is designed for passionate people who want to impact student learning by:

Leading elementary, middle, or high school teachers in the integration of technology;

Collaborating with teachers to develop lessons in all curricular areas;

Helping students become information-literate;

Teaching students about the ethical use of resources; and

Implementing and promoting school-wide literacy programs, all of which impact student learning.
