Our curriculum provides the depth and breadth students need to become leaders in sectors like health management, data analytics, finance, and human resource management.

To complement the curriculum, students participate in various experiential learning opportunities like national case competitions; community projects with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and MedShare; and site visits to WellStar Health System, Grady Health System, and other industry leaders.

Georgia State University is one of 13 member institutions in the Business School Alliance for Health Management (BAHM), along with Yale, Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, and Vanderbilt. Through BAHM, students can access doctoral student webinars, the BAHM-sponsored Healthcare Management Journal, student case competitions, and the online BAHM community.
