TU Bergakademie Freiberg is very good and old university. One who loves to live and study in a quiet place, I can suggest this is the best university to study in.
If you want to learn more, then you should learn german to participate in some courses which are offered in German and could be really helpful unfortunately those modules are not offered in English.
