CBS was established in 1917 by the Danish Society for the Advancement of Business Education (now known as FUHU), which is a private educational institution. In 1965 the business school became integrated into the Danish educational system as an institution of higher education.
With the distinctiveness of its diversity, Copenhagen Business School aims to become a world-leading business university with teaching and research excellence in classical management disciplines and in disciplines that place business in a wider social, political and cultural context.
CBS has a particular responsibility to bring knowledge and new ideas to companies and business organisations, to the next generation of business leaders, and to society as a whole. Specifically, and drawing upon our North European background and history, they will play a major role in the discussion of innovative and entrepreneurial business models, sustainable organisational forms and economic practices within the perspective of responsible management and leadership.

CBS Career Centre builds bridges between CBS students and their future employer. They cooperate with companies on career-related activities to prepare students for their future career. They also make it possible for companies to brand themselves on campus and get in touch with the students.The CBS Career Centre offers a wide range of employer branding products - their biannual Career Fair, events at CBS or at company facilities, logo exposure on CBS auditoriums, campus stalls and much more

I�m really impressed by how much the professors care about our progress. They regularly check in to make sure everyone understands the material, which makes a big difference. Through small group discussions and one-on-one feedback sessions, they take the time to support each student individually. They�re always open to follow-up questions and provide detailed, personalized feedback that helps us see where we can improve and how to apply what we�ve learned in real-life situations. On top of that, the student community is very friendly and supportive. It�s easy to connect with classmates, study together, and share ideas. Being surrounded by motivated and welcoming people makes the learning experience even better and more enjoyable.
Great University with great social life, surrounded by ambitious students. I had a mainly positive experience during my studies, except some of the mandatory courses felt useless. Overall I would recommend studying here.
Very great for social life too. Parties and intro activities are taking seriously and a lot of it is funded by Copenhagen business school. You can speak to the teachers openly as if they are your friends.

ARWU World University rankings is the first world university ranking. It ranks the world's top 1000 colleges and universities based on objective indicator. They look at the number of award-winning (Fields Medals and Nobel Prize) scientists who are located there, how much of their research is cited and referenced around the world, and how much they've contributed to different academic fields. After calculating and comparing these criteria, ARWU ranks the universities accordingly.

The Programme Administration Services handles and administrative development of all full-time programmes at bachelor and master's level at CBS.The Programme Administration Services has app. 80 full-time employees and consists of three areas: Administrative Planning Unit, Academic Affairs og Student Affairs. The Programme Administration Services refers to the Dean of Education.
They provide accommodation for international students. Students who have been admitted to the Summer University Program will receive an email inviting them to apply for housing. The email will be sent to the email address supplied by the student. There is no possibility of applying before the link is received. In case they receive more applications than available rooms, the priority will be given to nominated exchange students and Non-European Freemovers. They do not provide housing for Danish students.
Over the past years, CBS Library has focused on digital materials. The use of the physical collection is decreasing rapidly in favour of electronic materials. Currently, there are more than 220,000 e-books and 41,000 e-journals available.
Computers are replaced with new models at least every third year. Plugs for portable laptops are readily available, and wireless connections are installed in the main buildings

The room DH 1V.015 is located in Dalgas Have on the first floor in the west wing. The rooms at Solbjerg Plads start with the letters SP, the rooms at Kilen start with a K, the rooms at Råvarebygningen start with PHR and PH indicates that the room is located at Porcelænshaven.
There are classrooms at Solbjerg Plads, Kilen (the Wedge), Dalgas Have, Porcelænshaven, Råvarebygningen (the Warehouse) and Flintholm.CBS students represents and advocates for all 21,703 students at Copenhagen Business School and serves as the main interface between the students, and the CBS faculty/administration. Through our social, political and academic initiatives we strive to create a rewarding and fun experience for all students.
Our volunteer-run organization is by your side from the day you join CBS until you graduate, in all aspects of student life.
Since 2000 CBS has been accredited by EQUIS, and since 2007 also by AMBA. August 1st 2011 CBS received accreditation by AACSB as the first school in Scandinavia. CBS has thus acquired 'The Triple Crown', an acknowledgement only shared by around 50 business schools worldwide.
