LLB
With a very high ranking among other well-known universities, the NKUA offers a high-quality program that leaves its graduates ready to enter the professional world with knowledge for almost every field of law. One thing that could be improved is the fact that there were not many practical courses, but mostly theoritical.
Bachelor of Philology NKUA experience
Some of the professors have real merit for their work and being in the capital of Greece, NKUA has a lot of possibilities for extra-curriculars. The curriculum is overwhelming with 7 and 8 exams per semester, exams for classes which at times feel redundant or repetitive and other times feel unnecesserily complex and enormous. The planning of the exam periods is terrible and administration is rarely useful.
Unfortunatelly underfunded
The majority of the teaching staff is very helpful. It is really inspiring to see people loving their job and science. However, public education is seriously underfunded in Greece and that affects our experience. There should be more staff to teach, more microscopes, more field trips etc.
Global Student Satisfaction Awards 2025
