- Application form properly filled and signed
- Personal photo (in color, and passport-like format).
- Identity card (EU citizens) or valid passport (non-EU nationals).
- Résumé or Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English
- Undergraduate degree(s) and academic transcripts already completed, officially translated in Greek, and recognized by the Hellenic N.A.R.I.C.
- Postgraduate/Doctoral degrees and academic transcripts already completed, if available, officially translated in Greek, and recognized by the Hellenic N.A.R.I.C.
- ELTS/TOEFL test or other internationally recognized certificates. Alternatively, proof of academic and/or professional experience in an English-speaking environment for at least a year. Applicants of English mother tongue are not required to demonstrate the aforementioned proof.
- Sample of scholarly work, if available (e.g. Bachelor's/master's dissertation, conference paper, scientific article or publication etc).
- Two (2) letters of recommendation
