Student services
The Office for Service and Social Action offers many great ways for students to get involved and serve in the community, locally, nationally and globally. Annually, USF students provide over 25,000 hours of service to the community through community service and service-learning.
Housing services
The Campus Ministry Building is centrally located on campus behind Brookside on the shore of Mirror Lake. In addition to offices and meeting rooms, the building includes kitchens and common rooms. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to use the facilities to reflect, pray, relax, study, eat, watch TV, shoot pool, play musical instruments, and more.
Library services
The new Rittenhouse R2 Digital Library collection is a database of full-text e-books for nursing, medicine, and allied health. Content includes titles from STM (scientific, technical, and medical) publishers with emphasis on Doody's core titles and Brandon Hill titles.

Accreditation is a professional standard that ensures students receive a high-quality education. In the United States, there are six regional accreditation agencies which are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. These agencies regularly evaluate an institution’s academic programs, administration, mission, financial health, and resources.
