My university is a multicultural/scientific place where everyone shares the same rights and responsibilities. Today, at almost 50 years old, it has established itself as one of the largest cultural/academic centers in the state of Bahia, Brazil. I am proud to study here.
I am impressed by the campus structure, which is both aesthetically pleasing and designed for functionality. The classes I have taken have been incredibly enriching, offering a wealth of knowledge and insights across various subjects. Additionally, the professors are not only knowledgeable but also approachable, making it easy for students to seek help and engage in meaningful discussions. Overall, my experience has been very positive.
The university has its advantages in large-scale medical studies, but what I didn't like was that it didn't offer "data science," which was something I wanted to do. However, I delved into the IT field so as not to stray too far from my goal.
The Office for Service and Social Action offers many great ways for students to get involved and serve in the community, locally, nationally and globally. Annually, USF students provide over 25,000 hours of service to the community through community service and service-learning.
The Campus Ministry Building is centrally located on campus behind Brookside on the shore of Mirror Lake. In addition to offices and meeting rooms, the building includes kitchens and common rooms. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to use the facilities to reflect, pray, relax, study, eat, watch TV, shoot pool, play musical instruments, and more.
The new Rittenhouse R2 Digital Library collection is a database of full-text e-books for nursing, medicine, and allied health. Content includes titles from STM (scientific, technical, and medical) publishers with emphasis on Doody's core titles and Brandon Hill titles.

The Center for Diversity and Inclusion is many things — a physical space, a series of programs, a resource for support — but mostly it is where we, the people of USF, come to explore and experience the unifying strength of our differences.
Accreditation is a professional standard that ensures students receive a high-quality education. In the United States, there are six regional accreditation agencies which are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. These agencies regularly evaluate an institution’s academic programs, administration, mission, financial health, and resources.
