The Master of Science in Biochemistry at North Carolina State University is a non-thesis option designed for students preparing for a career in science policy or sales, or for those already in the workforce wishing to continue their education.
Students are provided a competitive support package and are offered a challenging program of course work in modern molecular biophysics and biochemistry. Graduate students are major contributors to our research efforts, and our graduates go on to excellent post-doctoral experiences and career opportunities.
Three core courses are required (BCH701, BCH703, BCH705), and the remaining courses are tailored toward student interests in:
