- Official Academic Transcripts
- Portfolio Original work by the applicant (PDF or Website only) containing at least 15 but no more than 30 images or examples of art/design work. One project must demonstrate and explain through images and text your design process. Any PDF should be formatted as 8.5x11 or A4, and 15mb or less.
- Application Fee ($60 for U.S. residents, $100 for international applicants)
- Statement of Interest Must address each of the below (500 words maximum).
- Resumé Include a list of scholarships, honors, awards, exhibitions, publications, outstanding extracurricular activities, employment experience and research.
