Non-profit managers oversee the daily operations of an organization dedicated to a social mission. They coordinate staff and volunteers, manage budgets and resources, and ensure programs are delivered effectively to the community. They often lead fundraising efforts, build relationships with donors and partners, and track outcomes to measure impact. Non-profit managers help the organization stay focused, sustainable, and responsive to the needs it serves.

The Non-Profit Management (Online) course at East Tennessee State University offers three core courses that all students complete. Then, students choose an additional course with a personnel management or policy analysis focus.
