Description
The International Merit Scholarship for Graduate Students is available to new graduate international students.
Benefits
The funding covers tuition only, not program service fees, housing, meal plans, or medical insurance:
$5,000 for masters students.
$9,000 for doctoral students.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an International Merit Scholarship for Graduate Students, you must be:
- a new international student admitted to a graduate program. (Once awarded, the scholarship is renewable for the duration of your program of study.)
- minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
- admitted to a graduate certificate or degree program
- attending full-time
- in lawful F-1 or J-1 visa status
