A conferred baccalaureate (or equivalent) from a regionally accredited college or university by the expected date of entry into the graduate program.
Transcripts are required for each college or university attended. Documents written in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified translation.
Curriculum vita (CV) or resume with a complete and accurate chronological outline of all previous college-level education

Requirements vary by concentration. Applicants interested in auditioning or interviewing with the School of Music will indicate as such directly within their Graduate School application.
