A bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or a related science (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology) from a regionally accredited college or university, with a 3.0 GPA or above on a 4.0 scale.
National certificate (Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent); two years work experience in an accredited laboratory (CAP, JCAHO, or equivalent).
