Overview

On the Innovation Management - Mastertrack Leadership and Organizing Innovation programme from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) students therefore learn to integrate psychological insights and engineering science in the various stages of an innovation process so that organizations can excel in innovative and sustainable endeavors.

Key facts

This includes an introduction to managing and supporting people such that they can flourish in various innovation contexts, including open innovation, R&D teams and AI-supported innovation in a high-tech environment.

After completing the Leadership & Organizing Innovation track, students will have state-of-the-art knowledge regarding the importance of the human factor in the innovation process of high-tech and knowledge-intensive organizations.

Students will develop research skills that enable them to examine and evaluate current innovation processes and learn how to apply those insights to design management interventions in order to boost performance, sustainability and innovation excellence.
