The Integrated Design programme at University of Baltimore offers an integration of print, video and digital media design like no other in the country.

What You’ll Learn

You'll develop problem-solving skills for conceptualizing design solutions to communications problems, design skills that make those solutions effective and production skills that allow you to realize those solutions.
You'll earn the academic credential most sought after by colleges and universities hiring design faculty.
You'll study with some of the region's top designers, who are our part-time faculty. Our flexible approach to course content attracts teachers who enjoy creative freedom. In turn, these talented professionals attract students who are serious about learning design from the best instructors.
When you graduate, you'll join a network of alumni who are employed as art directors, senior magazine designers, directors of publications for museums, senior designers in design firms and university professors.

a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA from a regionally accredited college or university

a 3.25 GPA in any M.F.A.-required course already completed at UBalt, if applicable.

Online application. Complete and submit the online application and pay the $50 application fee.

You can submit your Statement of Personal Interest electronically as part of the online application.

Official transcript(s). Request that an official transcript of all prior college or university work (including graduate courses, if applicable) be sent directly from each institution attended; electronic transcripts are encouraged.

Letters of recommendation. Have two professors or employers submit letters of recommendation on your behalf; these should be sent in sealed envelopes with signatures across the sealed portion.
