A bachelor’s degree from an institution with full regional accreditation for that degree. Your degree does not need to be in education
A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
A basic knowledge of computers and their applications for educational purposes. You should be able to demonstrate this knowledge with a technology endorsement from an accredited university or an in-service position as a full- or part-time technology coordinator in a public school
A personal statement of technological competency. The statement should be no more than two pages and should come with supporting documentation or URLs
