A Baccalaureate degree is required for admission to the MAT.
Minimum of 45 hours of experience working with children or youth in a preK-12 classroom or equivalent is recommended.

Certificate of Clearance (COC) security clearance issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing: evidence of submitting the COC application and fingerprints must be submitted at application.
Participate in a Mandatory Interview.
