- A telephone interview may constitute part of the admissions process at the request of the Admissions and Review Committee or of the applicant.
- A curriculum vitae/resume that provides an overview of education, work, publications, and other professional activities.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized program, or the equivalent. Additionally, applicants may be required to submit one or more of the following to determine their eligibility.
- Submission of scores from a predictor test such as the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or the Miller Analogy Test.
- Sufficient references from persons in the professional and academic communities. The Admissions Committee may, on occasion, require additional references.
