General requirements
- The preferred undergraduate GPA for admittance to the program is 3.00.
- DDS/DMD or equivalent from accredited US institution or recognized foreign school. Clinical residency enrollment and 3.0 GPA or rank in top quarter of graduating professional school class preferred.
- Other requirements to be completed before admission:
- Program only accepts applications from students who are already enrolled or accepted into one of the School of Dentistry's advanced clinical residency programs. Application requirements include a brief essay (under 500 words) which relates the applicant's career goals to the goals of the program and current resume/CV. Applications are received and reviewed throughout the year. Students may enter the program in any semester at the discretion of program faculty.
