General requirements

The preferred undergraduate GPA for admittance to the program is 3.00.
DDS/DMD or equivalent from accredited US institution or recognized foreign school. Clinical residency enrollment and 3.0 GPA or rank in top quarter of graduating professional school class preferred.
Other requirements to be completed before admission:
Program only accepts applications from students who are already enrolled or accepted into one of the School of Dentistry's advanced clinical residency programs. Application requirements include a brief essay (under 500 words) which relates the applicant's career goals to the goals of the program and current resume/CV. Applications are received and reviewed throughout the year. Students may enter the program in any semester at the discretion of program faculty.
