  • A completed Graduate School application
  • Statement of Purpose
  • 2 letters of recommendation from individuals who can comment on your academic potential.
  • Official or unofficial transcripts from all universities attended
  • $60 application fee
  • International students who studied at a university outside of the U.S. will also need to submit TOEFL or IELTS results
  • Completion of a baccalaureate degree from The University of Tulsa.
  • Undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Satisfactory completion of prerequisite coursework or equivalent with a letter grade of C or higher. 
  • Completion of 50 hours of observation with a certified and appropriately state-credentialed athletic trainer.
