About this Program

Students of this Health Infrastructures and Learning Systems degree at University of Michigan are matched with a faculty advisor based on their own experience and interests who will serve as a guide during the degree and assist with making sure that students are progressing towards degree completion. Coursework will be housed and delivered digitally within the University of Michigan’s learning platform with instruction done primarily asynchronously and at times, synchronously.

Utilizing the best evidence-based instructional design, teaching modalities include short narrated PowerPoint slides, video clips, interactive active learning components in addition to curated group activities, discussion boards, to name a few. Additionally, when students are on campus for orientation/institutes, they will be provided with opportunities to connect and engage with their peers and program faculty.
