- A bachelor's degree or higher, and are currently working or have worked at a healthcare institution, or in private practice
- Each applicant must have earned a baccalaureate degree with an overall Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.6 for undergraduate coursework (A = 4.00) for conditional admission
- Scanned copies of official transcripts
- Admissions fees: $80 fee for a domestic application; $75 for an international application must be submitted
- Applicants to the master’s program may be required to take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) within the last five years in order to be admitted. However, the GRE requirement may be waived for applicants to the Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction degree program who have earned an overall undergraduate grade point average of 3.00 or higher (on a 4-point scale)
- All applicants who did not graduate from schools in native English-speaking countries are required to provide adequate proof of their English proficiency
