The Talent Management program from Pace University provides you with current theory and strategies for talent management practices. The application of theory to practice will enable you to analyze, design, and evaluate talent management systems and processes across the full spectrum of functions.
You will gain knowledge of essential areas of human resources: employment law, negotiation and bargaining, training and development, compensation and assessment, recruitment and staffing, and international human resources management. Further, you’ll learn about a variety of functional specialization areas: recruitment, selection, performance assessment, and compensation administration.

- Two Letters of Recommendation: Letters should be from academic or professional references that can knowledgeably comment on your ability to successfully complete graduate study.
- Resume: A resume or outline describing at least the past five years of your employment history and any significant community, professional, or college extracurricular activities.
- Personal Statement: A personal statement explaining to the Graduate Admission Committee why you would like to pursue the program of graduate study you have chosen.
